Point of View Assignment

For this assignment you will need to shoot at least 72 pictures. You will need to turn in two well crafted prints. That is to say, they should have overall brightness/darkness adjusted, contrast should look appropriate and any flaws should be removed. No mounting just yet.

The objective of this assignment is to encourage you to look at the world from a different vantage point as your normal "eye height" is very rarely the best place to photograph from. I expect you to seek out a different physical vantage point for this project. Think about laying on the ground to shoot your pictures upwards or from a "worms eye" view or getting up high and shooting down at an extreme angle. Before you shoot your picture you should ask yourself if this is the "normal" way you see the world...if it is then change your physical vantage point.

Focus your camera carefully and make the very best prints you are capable of making.
